Oak & Stone, an elevated American restaurant concept, will open its first Texas location in McKinney in spring 2026.
The restaurant will be located at 8575 W. University Dr., Suite 150, and will serve lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, according to a news release.
The McKinney location will incorporate partnerships with North Texas vendors to use local ingredients and will also collaborate with local breweries and distilleries.
“Expanding into Texas is a natural next step for Oak & Stone,” said Sam Aguilar, brand president, in a statement.

Aguilar said the state’s food culture and community focus were factors in the decision to open in North Texas.
Oak and Stone will occupy approximately 6,000 square feet and is expected to seat about 200 guests.

A central feature of the restaurant is its self-pour tap wall. Guests check in with a staff member and receive a tap card that allows access to approximately 50 rotating taps.
The selection of drinks includes beer, wine, bourbon, whiskey, cocktails, and nonalcoholic options.
The tap system allows guests to pour small samples or full servings. Tap guides will be available to provide information about the beverages and assist guests with selections.
The menu will feature items such as artisan pizzas, wings, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, pretzel-crusted tuna sashimi, and the Voodoo Chicken Sandwich. Seasonal and limited-time offerings will rotate throughout the year.
