EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso District Attorney James Montoya held a press conference on Friday afternoon to discuss his office’s goals for 2026.
This comes after Montoya just marked his first year in office, having been sworn in as the elected district attorney on Jan. 1, 2025.
