Plano East sophomore Arianna Robinson has played less than two seasons of high school basketball, but she has already made quite the mark, especially from a scoring standpoint.
The four-star recruit poured in 39 points in a 56-36 win over Prosper Rock Hill on Dec. 19.
Robinson needed just two weeks to outdo herself. She scored a career-high 40 points in a 67-53 road win over McKinney on Tuesday, Jan. 6.
The Lady Panthers led 18-9 at the end of the first quarter, 28-18 at halftime and 48-34 at the end of the third quarter.
Plano East (19-6 overall, 6-0 District 6-6A) remained in sole possession of first place in 6-6A.
