The Longhorns have brought in four defensive players via the transfer portal, and all but one bring experience to the table. That’s key as Texas is losing a considerable amount of talented, proven players to the NFL more so than it is losing those types of players to the transfer portal. If two players at a position leave, then the one that’s being brought in better be ready to go.
