HOUSTON – An overturned 18-wheeler has shut down the exit ramp on the Eastex Freeway at 610 North Loop.
The crash was reported at 9:41 a.m. and has caused a hazmat spill.
No injuries have been reported.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
