LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – (News release from Lubbock ISD)
Lubbock Independent School District (Lubbock ISD) Superintendent Dr. Kathy Rollo has been fully exonerated after the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Educator Investigations Division said they found no evidence of wrongdoing in relation to a complaint filed with the agency earlier this year.
Dr. Rollo received notice of the conclusion of the investigation on Friday (Oct. 17), with the agency stating that the allegations presented in the complaint were without merit. The TEA has closed the investigation, and the warning has been removed from Dr. Rollo’s educator certificate.

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has completed its investigation into a complaint filed earlier this year against Superintendent Dr. Kathy Rollo. The TEA Educator Investigations Division found no evidence of wrongdoing and determined the allegations were without merit, fully exonerating Dr. Rollo. The case is closed, and the investigative warning has been removed from her record.
