LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is investigating an indecent assault that occurred in central Lubbock.
LPD says on December 9th, an indecent assault occurred near 82nd Street and Avenue U just before midnight.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 5’10” and 6’, 150-160 lbs., 46-50-years-old and wearing a black and white hoodie and a brown, white and black beanie.
