Two fabulous events for kids are happening this weekend in Lubbock that you won’t want to miss!

Dino and Brickbuilding Fun!

Jurassic Quest, an interactive dinosaur experience has joined together with Brick Fest Live, brick-building fun for LEGO® fans, creating an excellent times for kids and adults alike.

Dinosaur Exploration

Dino lovers can enjoy life-size, moving dinosaurs, fossil digs, adorable baby dinos, and even dinosaur rides. There will also be bounce houses, inflabtables, and a soft play space for little ones called “Tricera-tots”! How cute is that?

Building Excitement

In contrast, brick lovers will have a chance to explore HUGE LEGO®-inspired builds and interactive play zones. You can even race your creations in the Brick Fest Derby.

We’re All Kids At Heart!

Events like these really make me wish I had a couple of kids, BUT, they don’t stop me from checking out all of the fun. I try to take a peek at everything that comes to town. I hate missing out! So, don’t be shy. You won’t be the only childless adult there, petting the dinosaurs, haha. If you see me, give me a shout!

If You Haven’t Been to the Texas Tech Museum in Years, Here’s What You’re MissingThe Museum of Texas Tech University is free to the public and open every day of the week, aside from major holidays. Hours vary slightly. You can find more information here.

Also, I’d like to apologize in advance for my photos. They aren’t the greatest. I also didn’t capture most of the art because it’s much better in person, and I want to leave some things for you to discover on your own. Can’t spoil it all!
