LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The Lubbock Lions Club will host its 74th annual Pancake Festival on Valentine’s Day, featuring unlimited hot pancakes in support of more than 30 local community organizations.
The event will run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center at 1501 Mac Davis Lane. This year’s theme is “Stacked with Love.”

The club has ordered 6,000 pounds of pancake mix, 72,000 sausage links, 60,000 ounces of pancake syrup, 240 gallons of coffee, 46,500 servings of milk and orange juice, 17,000 ounces of margarine and more than 23,000 slices of bacon.
New features added for 2026
The festival will include new attractions this year, including a children’s fun and craft area with no fee to enter the banquet hall. Activities will cost one token each and will include a bounce house, craft area, pictures with mascots, glow-in-the-dark necklaces and tattoos.
The club also will offer VIP reserved tables that seat eight people for $400 with 50-minute time slots and fast-pass entry. The VIP package includes served pancakes, sausage, bacon and all drinks. Reservations can be made by calling 806-763-4789.
Additional items will be available for $1 tokens, including bacon, soft drinks, cotton candy and popcorn. Raffle tickets for various items also will cost $1.
Ticket information and pricing
Advance tickets cost $10 and will be available from any Lubbock Lions Club member, the club office or online at www.lubbocklions.org until 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 13. Tickets at the door will cost $12.
Children 4 and under and all first responders in uniform eat free. Bolton’s Fuel Stations will begin selling tickets in February 2026.
Community impact
The Lubbock Lions Club has donated more than $1.8 million to local organizations through the annual festival. Beneficiaries include the Adult Eyeglass Program, Habitat for Humanity, Sick Children’s Clinic, Boy Scout Troop 157, Lubbock Meals on Wheels, South Plains Food Bank, Boys & Girls Clubs of Lubbock, Ronald McDonald House, Texas Boys & Girls Ranch, LISD Eyeglasses for Children, Salvation Army, Women’s Protective Services, Goodwill Industries, Scottish Rite Learning Center and YWCA Adaptive Aquatics.
The club also supports the Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville for children with physical disabilities, Type 1 diabetes and cancer. Local children attend the camp for free.
Eyeglass and hearing aid donation collection boxes will be available at the festival.
