SEATTLE — The Seattle Seahawks (4-2) will take on the Houston Texans (2-3) at Lumen Field on Monday night. 

That game will be televised locally on KING 5. Kick off is set for 7 p.m.


What to know about the matchup between Seattle, Houston

Houston is coming off a bye week and has won two straight games after a very slow start to the season. 

The Seahawks offense has found a good rhythm early in the season. Quarterback Sam Darnold and the offense lead the league with 6.3 yards per play so far this season, while wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba is leading the league in receiving yards with 696. 

The game comes on one of the biggest nights in Seattle Mariners history, as Seattle tries to clinch a berth to the World Series against Toronto in Game 7 of the ALCS starting at 5 p.m.

The Seattle Kraken also have a game on Monday. You can watch the Kraken take on the Philadelphia Flyers at 4 p.m. on KONG.


How to watch the Seahawks on KING 5

KING 5 is the official local television partner of the Seattle Seahawks, televising the team’s preseason games every August, with regular season games rights determined by NFL TV contracts. 

The Seahawks’ Monday Night Football game against the Houston Texans is also being televised on KING 5 on October 20. The game kicks off at 7 p.m.

A special edition of the 5th Quarter will air Monday night after the game on KING. 

Monday Night Football is also available on ESPN.


How to watch NBC Prime programming

Due to the Seattle Seahawks game being on KING 5 at 7 p.m., NBC Prime programming on Monday will be moved to KONG. 

In addition to being available via antenna, cable or satellite, KONG is also available to stream through DirecTV Stream and Fubo.
