CARTER COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – Three Dallas-area residents were arrested in Carter County and accused of attempted fraud.
Ardmore Police said Ryan Morgan, 32, allegedly walked into a business and tried to get a $2,500 loan with fake information.
Court documents stated he was allegedly using someone else’s social security number.

Police said they believe he bought the social security information off the dark web, and he allegedly made fake documents like pay stubs.
The business called police who arrested Morgan. Two women who were waiting in the car, Samantha Campbell and Rachelle Ball, were arrested on warrants out of Texas for fraud and forgery.
