Update (10:40 AM): Texas DPS says 3-month-old El Paso resident Daniel David Escamilla Jr., and 10-year-old Florida resident Briella Rae Villalobos, both died in the crash. 29-year-old Briana Nicole Tarin was seriously injured in the crash, Texas DPS officials say.
Texas DPS says that the car carrying Escamilla, Villalobos, and Tarin was traveling west on I-10 when it left the highway and hit the cable barrier. The car rolled over and came to rest upright on the shoulder of I-10 east. Tarin was airlifted to UMC in El Paso. The crash remains under investigation.
Update (5:22 PM): TXDOT says that a detour has been set up at mile marker 99 to Sierra Blanca. The clearing time is now listed at one hour.

Update (5:00 PM): Texas DPS officials say that this was a one-car rollover.
HUDSPETH COUNTY, Texas (KVIA) — Texas DPS officials say a crash happened on I-10 East at mile marker 101, near the Border Patrol checkpoint in Hudspeth County, west of Sierra Blanca.

Multiple people are also dead on scene, according to law enforcement officials. Multiple Air Evacuations are also in progress.

Officials say that Dell Valley EMS is enroute to Culberson Hospital. One patient is receiving CPR on the way to the hospital.
