UPDATE: According to a TxDOT San Antonio 4:50 p.m. update, delays are expected to last through rush hour on SB I-35 and WB I-10.

SAN ANTONIO – An overturned 18-wheeler in downtown San Antonio is causing some serious delays.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) said in a post on X that the overturned truck is expected to cause delays for several hours on southbound Interstate 35 and westbound Interstate 10. The vehicle overturned at the Fine Silver Curve.

The department is asking people to find alternative routes and to visit DriveTexas.org for the latest road conditions.
