SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a driver who fled the scene of a multi-vehicle collision that sent one person to the hospital near the airport.
The collision happened just before 7 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Wurzbach Parkway and US Highway 281.
Police say a 2006 Ford F-150 was traveling eastbound and was struck by an unknown sedan. The sedan struck the concrete barrier then struck the Ford F-150 and a 2015 Hyundai Elantra.
The sedan driver fled the scene prior to police arrival without rendering aid. The Ford driver was transported to a local hospital for injuries sustained from the crash.
No arrests have been made. The investigation remains ongoing.
