Crews fight back flames at three story apartment complex fire, residents evacuated

SAN ANTONIO – Crews are fighting back flames as a major fire breaks out at an apartment complex.

Around 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, crews were called to the scene of a structure fire at an apartment complex near the corner of Pin Oak Drive and Oakdale, near the corner of Loop 410 and I-10 on the Northwest Side.

According to the San Antonio Fire Department, crews arrived to find fire and smoke coming from the chimney and roof area of an apartment building.

Crews are actively working to extinguish the fire. No injuries have been reported. This is a developing story.
