EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 49-year-old man was arrested on a warrant after allegedly threatening a person in Horizon City, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Sergio Soto, 49, was arrested on Jan. 13 for making a terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a set bond of $10,000.

According to prior reports, on Jan. 5, Soto unlawfully entered a business along the 13000 block of Eastlake Boulevard and made a direct threat toward a victim, causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury, according to Horizon City Police. On Jan. 6, a warrant was issued for Soto’s arrest.
Shortly before 5 p.m. on Jan. 13, officers were dispatched to the same area in reference to a subject disturbance. Officers were advised that Soto was recognized from a previous incident, Horizon Police said.
Officers told Soto of his warrant, and he was then taken into custody without incident.
