HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Horizon City police arrested a 49-year-old man after he allegedly illegally entered a business and made terroristic threats.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, Sergio Soto was arrested this week afternoon after a warrant was issued for his arrest following an incident where he reportedly unlawfully entered a business and threatened the victim on Jan. 5
On the day of his arrest, Horizon police said officers were called out to the area of 13000 Eastlake Boulevard in regards to a “subject disturbance” and spotted Soto.
It is unclear if the “subject disturbance call” or the location was related to the original incident for which he was wanted.
However, officers approached Soto, told him of the outstanding warrant and took him to the El Paso County Jail Annex.
