Heavy traffic backs up on I-35 on the Northeast Side, crews clearing accident scene

SAN ANTONIO – A major traffic backup has been reported on the southbound lanes of I-35 at Judson.

Around 1:30 p.m., a major traffic accident was reported by TxDOT on the southbound lanes of I-35, near the intersection of Judson.

Traffic has reportedly been brought to a standstill, with congestion reportedly reaching the I-35 and Loop 1604 Interchange.

Avoid the area if possible. Take alternate routes to avoid congestion.
