SAN ANTONIO – A person who was tragically killed in a head-on-collision Friday evening has been identified.
According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office, 38-year-old Kornell Deshon Bennett died as a result of his injuries from the crash. His death has been ruled an accident.

Just after 8 p.m. on Friday, police were called to the scene of a major collision in the 6400 block of Walzem Road near Windsor Oaks.
Police say a white 2015 Hyundai Elantra and a red 2014 Toyota Camry were traveling in opposite directions when they collided.
The Hyundai driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The second driver and passenger were transported to a local hospital with major injuries
The crash remains under investigation.
