Brittany Ulep is a co-founder and leader of Dreamers Run Club, one of the largest running communities in the country. Through strategic vision, creativity, and dedication to fostering connection, Brittany and her co-founders have grown Dreamers into a vibrant space where movement, inclusivity, and community come together. A dynamic business professional and graduate of the Alvarez College of Business at UTSA, Brittany has been a resident of San Antonio for eight years and applies her creativity and strategic thinking to every project she undertakes. She is passionate about building communities — whether through running, mentorship, volunteer efforts supporting homelessness in San Antonio, or helping under-resourced communities in the Philippines — and leverages her expertise in brand strategy, social media, and partnerships to create meaningful experiences for people. She also works in the hospitality and tourism industry, promoting the destinations and culture of San Antonio.
