A recently refreshed home on more than 2 acres of land in Friendswood was among the most expensive Houston-area homes sold the week of Dec. 28.
The home at 40 Windsong Lane was No. 10 on the list and includes four to five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and an attached three-car garage. Outside, the home includes a “resort-style” swimming pool, manicured landscaping and guest quarters.
The home was listed for nearly $2 million and sold for between $1.63 million and $1.89 million, according to the Houston Association of Realtors. HAR ranks homes by selling price but does not disclose actual figures.
The home offers over 5,000 square feet of spacious living areas, a custom kitchen, study, and built-in wine fridge and storage nook. The luxurious primary suite has a fireplace and primary bath with fresh herringbone tilework and an updated walk-in shower.
