Tommy: I would think there has to be. The bigger question is whether that comes in personnel or on the coaching staff. Based on how the Cowboys brass talked about special teams coordinator Nick Sorensen at the end of season press conference, it doesn’t sound like the Cowboys will make a change there. So, that leads me to believe there’ll be some new faces in new places on special teams next year in some capacity. I don’t think anything will change as far as their core pieces (Turpin, Aubrey, Anger, Sieg), but kickoff and punt return spots could shift around. There were some players who had big years on coverage last year, like TE Brevyn Spann-Ford and RB Malik Davis, but typically you’d probably like to have your defensive players be the standouts on that unit.
