Under the merger terms, the combined institution will operate under the ALLIANCE Credit Union name and expand its footprint across Texas, including enhanced branch coverage in West Texas, the South Plains and Central Texas markets. The expanded network now serves communities in Lubbock, Amarillo, Big Spring, New Home, San Antonio, Boerne and Fort Worth.

Leadership from both organizations said the merger strengthens their ability to invest in communities and broaden services for members, Everything Lubbock reported.

“We’re joining forces to better serve our members and grow our impact across the state,” said Matt Grannan, president and CEO of the newly combined ALLIANCE Credit Union.

Integration activities are expected to continue through the end of 2026.
