FORT WORTH – Clifford Henry Flow, 100, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, in Mount Olivet Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 28, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Breyley Suite at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Clifford was born January 12, 1926, to the late Willie Alvin and Louella Iona Flow. He was raised on their farm near Joshua, Texas, along with his two brothers, Mayo and Raymond. Raised on the farm, Clifford dedicated long hours to picking cotton and performing various farm chores. In 1942, he worked with Leonard’s Department store before being drafted into the Army in 1944. Clifford served in the South Pacific during World War ll, participating in the campaign to retake the Philippines, and was honorably discharged in May 1946. On July 24, 1947, he married Evelyn Stephens, and they shared a loving marriage for 64 years before her passing. Following the war, Clifford returned to Fort Worth and enjoyed a successful career as a Vice President of Riverside State Bank, retiring in 1988. He also enjoyed bowling, golf, bridge, and yard work. Clifford was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Stephens Flow; and his brothers, Mayo Flow and Raymond Flow, Sr. He is survived by his nephew, Raymond Flow, Jr.; and his nieces, Rhonda Moss (David) and Darla Taylor (Henry), and their families. Clifford will be remembered fondly by all who knew him for his kindness, dedication to family, and spirited approach to life.
