AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 73-year-old George Lambert, also known as Joe, who was last seen on January 18, 2026, in the 5200 block of Tahoe Trail. Concerns for his welfare have been heightened due to his health conditions and impending severe weather, according to a press release from the department.
Lambert, a White male, stands 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has gray/silver hair, brown eyes, and a short beard. He was last seen wearing a tan/light brown jacket, tan camo pants, and black shoes with white shoelaces. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact 9-1-1 immediately.
