Plano East extended their winning streak to eight games thanks to a huge performance from Arianna Robinson. The Panthers simply couldn’t be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Plano West Wolves 79-28 for which the team can thank Robinson, who shot 50% from the field to rack up 28 points in addition to eight assists and seven boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Plano East’s points.
Nariah Witherspoon was another key player, as she made all 6 shots she took racking up 15 points and seven rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 47.1% field goal percentage.
Plano East’s win bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Plano West, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-16.
