LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The City of Lubbock hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking event to celebrate the kick-off of the 34th Street bond project at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
According to the city, the project covers the stretch of 34th Street from Upland Avenue to Milwaukee Avenue, and is part of the 2022 street bond.
