Concerns for his welfare are heightened due to his health conditions and impending severe weather.
Johnson, described as a Black male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing an orange hat, black jacket, and yellow boots, according to a press release from the Austin Police Department. Authorities urge anyone who sees Bernard Johnson to contact 9-1-1 immediately.
