1. Explore Lunar New Year Traditions (Families)

Ring in the Lunar New Year with hands-on activities celebrating the Year of the Horse. Families will explore cultural traditions, symbols, and stories connected to this festive holiday in a fun, interactive setting.

2. Play, Puzzle, and Strategize with the Game On Series (Ages 5+)

February is the perfect time to press pause on screens and enjoy face-to-face fun at the library. The Game On series at Davis Library invites kids, teens, adults, and older adults to gather for casual, welcoming game play. No experience required. Join fellow players for puzzle meet-ups, chess sessions, and open play, where you can bring a favorite board game, chess set or puzzle, or borrow one from the library. Whether you’re learning something new or revisiting a classic, Game On is all about playing your way.

3. Create Pressed Flower Art (Families)

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a creative twist! Families are invited to learn how to press flowers, discover which blooms work best, and explore fun ways to turn pressed petals into keepsakes, cards, and gifts. This hands-on program is perfect for sharing a little love through art. No experience required, but spots are limited. Arrive 30 minutes before the program to claim your spot!

4. Explore the Colors and Traditions of Holi (Families)

Celebrate Holi, the vibrant festival of colors, while learning about South Asian culture through hands-on activities designed for all ages. Families can explore traditions, art, and the meaning behind this joyful celebration in a fun, welcoming environment.

5. Get Free Tax Help at the Library (Adults)
