In 2022, Derrick Henry purchased a 4,150-square-foot home, one listed at $1.68 million. The decision to do so was made primarily because his girlfriend, Adrianna Rivas, is from Texas and has several relatives still living in that area.

According to TMZ, the Baltimore Ravens star has found a buyer for that same home. This comes after an agreement was reached that the new buyer would purchase the property for close to the $1.6 million asking price.

Last year, Henry first listed the house for nearly $1.8m briefly before ultimately taking it off the market. A deal for the property was eventually closed on Monday.

This comes only four months after Henry sold another of his properties following his move from the Tennessee Titans to the Ravens. That one was a $3.1m home in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Henry has spent his two most recent NFL seasons in Baltimore and has further cemented himself as one of the game’s top running backs. Who knows? As he continues to fall further in love with community and the fans in the area, he may determine that his heart desires to pitch his tent and settle in the Baltimore area permanently.
