EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Texas Department of Transportation is reporting localized flood, wet roads and some black ice within the El Paso city limits on Sunday, Jan. 25.

TxDOT is reporting black ice in Montwood and Zaragoza area. Black ice has also been reported on Loop 375/Montana Overpass.

Within El Paso city limits, there is localized flooding and wet roads.

Loop 375 is closed in both directions at Transmountain. This is a complete closure, TxDOT said.

Westbound Montana at Tierra Este is flooded, according to TxDOT.

Heading east, conditions range from dense fog to icy/snowy roads.

U.S. 62/180 remains closed between El Paso and New Mexico. Farm-to-Market Road 1111 and State Highway 54 are also closed.

TxDOT is also reporting that I-10 East is closed at mile marker 105 in the Sierra Blanca area because of a collision.
