The Tuesday commute for North Texans appears to be off to a good start. There are currently no notable blockages or travel delays throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but here are a few things to keep in mind before hitting the road.

Travel times

Travel times are relatively short as of about 6:30 a.m., but they tend to climb later into the morning, between 7:30-8:30 a.m.

Currently, travel times throughout the region are ranging between 5 minutes and 20 minutes, but can get as high as 55 minutes.

Dallas appears to be free of incidents as of 6:30 a.m. However, there is one to note in Fort Worth.

According to the Texas Department of Transportation’s crash cam, there appears to have been a small collision going east on Interstate-820 at Old Decatur Road. At least one lane is affected, causing a minor jam in the area.
