One of the sweetest times of the year is almost here. The annual Girl Scout Cookie Program runs each January through April, including some 236,000 troops and 1.1 million scouts nationwide. The anticipated event represents the largest girl-led entrepreneurship program in the world.
This year, Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas will partner with Galleria Dallas throughout the 2026 cookie season to highlight the organization’s impact on individuals and communities. The partnership will include an exhibit entitled “Strong Girls. Strong Communities.” displayed along the shopping center’s Gallery Wall. Troops from across the council’s region, which includes Dallas, Garland, Richardson, Plano, and additional areas, will host cookie sales near the exhibit.
“Girl Scouts helps girls discover their strengths, rise to challenges and make the world a better place,” says Jennifer Bartkowski, CEO of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas. The Galleria Dallas exhibit will highlight the organization’s focus on building life skills, instilling confidence, and encouraging friendship. It will also provide details on the new Girl Scout DreamLab activity centers, as well as a special mention of the 2026 debut cookie, Exploremores.
“Strong Girls. Strong Communities.” will be on display at Galleria Dallas from January 26 through February 28, 2026. The exhibit is free and located on Level One near Sephora. Cookie sales will be hosted on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m., January 31 through March 1, 2026.
On Sunday, March 8, 2026, Galleria Dallas will host a special Girl Scout Skate Day to celebrate a successful cookie season. The event will take place from noon to 8 p.m.; admission is $13, and Girl Scouts wearing a uniform or other Girl Scout apparel will receive a special patch and free skate rental. In addition, Five Guys will donate 20% of each purchase through 5 p.m. during the event to Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas.
We recommend checking the Galleria Dallas website prior to your visit for any inclement weather updates.
