The Plano City Council is again set to consider a proposal to build three apartment buildings next to the Tera Ford property along Mitchell Road on Monday.

Aldermen have previously expressed concerns about potential overcrowding and the appearance of the buildings. The proposal has received a positive recommendation from the city’s Plan Commission. No vote is scheduled for the 6 p.m. meeting at Plano City Hall.

Also on the agenda are the purchase of a dump truck and contracts for repairs at the wastewater treatment plant.

The council will also hear a presentation on new water billing software and approve bills totaling just under 200-thousand dollars.
