An 18-year-old man has been identified as the person who died following a multivehicle crash on LBJ TEXpress this month.
Miles Dean Fain died at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas on Oct. 12 at about 10:52 p.m., according to the Dallas County medical examiner’s office.
About an hour earlier, Fain was involved in a major freeway accident in the 3900 block of westbound LBJ TEXpress, according to Dallas police.
The crash included multiple vehicles and motorcycles, police said.

Another person was injured in the crash and taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to police.
