The Vista North Office Park, a new office development, is now completed and accepting offers on three of four available buildings.

Designed and built by Merit Commercial Real Estate, the office park is divided into four buildings, ranging in size from 2,000 square feet to 3,455 square feet. The spaces are intended for either medical or professional usage, according to Merit’s marketing material. Each building requires the tenants to finish the interior build.
Merit is a tenant-focused commercial real estate company, which works on every level of development, including brokerage, marketing, property management and accounting, according to its website.
