Vinton, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Deputies arrested a man after a string of shoplifting incidents in West El Paso County on Saturday.
Deputies arrested 27-year-old Angel Anthony Garcia.
Deputies responded to reports of thefts at three travel centers.
The incidents occurred at the Xpress Fuel Travel Center on E. Vinton Rd., the TA Express Travel Center on Westway Blvd., and Love’s Travel Station in Anthony, Texas.
Authorities identified the suspect as Angel Anthony Garcia after tracing his vehicle to a residence in Vinton, Texas.
Garcia was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on two counts of theft of property under $100 by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
An additional count was filed by the Anthony Police Department.
His total bond was set at $1,500.
