Power restores for Flour Bluff residents after brief outage

AEP’s outage map shows power is back for all residents.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — UPDATE 10:57 a.m.

As of 10:57 a.m., AEP’s outage map shows power has been restored for all residents after a brief outage left more than 2,400 residents without power.

A power outage in Flour Bluff left more than 2,400 residents without electricity on Wednesday morning.

According to AEP’s outage map, crews are on site working to restore power, with service expected to return by 12:30 p.m. The cause of the outage is currently unclear.

AEP officials encourage affected residents to stay safe and monitor updates through their website or outage map for the latest information.
