A One Dumplings & Noodle Bar
The restaurant reopened in mid-December after temporarily closing. Its menu features appetizers, noodles, soup dumplings, baos, fried rice and various meat entrees.

MaxStrength Fitness-Austin
Owned by Devaka and Madison Randeniya, the business in Steiner Ranch offers fitness programs consisting of two 20-minute classes a week, designed to improve health and overall strength.
Pvolve Austin Bee Cave
The new Pvolve location offers functional fitness classes with resistance equipment, designed to improve mobility and stability.
Elevated Health
The new doctor’s office, led by Dr. Sonia Durairaj, offers adult and women’s primary care services from annual physicals to chronic disease management. A membership to the concierge medical practice includes access to same or next-day appointments, including office visits without copays and virtual consultations.
Smarter Homes of Austin
The luxury smart home business relocated to a new location in West Lake Hills. The business specializes in customized, intelligent panelized lighting systems, built-in motorized shades, whole-home music and wifi services, high-end security and artificial intelligence-access controls. The company first opened in Lakeway in 2005.
Bronco Garage Doors
Locally owned by Matt Bisanz, offers a variety of services for garages, with a specialty in residential garages, including garage door repair and replacement, custom garage door solutions, and light remodeling services.
Claw & Fun
Found next to Old Navy, Claw & Fun offers a collection of claw machines with prizes ranging from plush toys to collectables.
Purificación García
The Spanish fashion retailer opened next to Michael Kors, offering men and women’s clothing and accessories.
Steel N Ink
The tattoo and piercing studio is now open next to Sephora.
Mavi Jeans
The denim retailer was established in Istanbul in 1991 and offers jeans for men and women. The store is located next to Altar’d State.

The Airway Dentists
The business is a general dentistry group with a focus on airway dentistry, which is the practice of treating and preventing sleep apnea through dental means, according to the business.
Lake Travis Bouldering
Owned by Rashell and Colin Backer, the business will offer indoor and outdoor bouldering for all ages, alongside memberships, day passes and classes. The site will also feature cornhole and beer and wine.
Steiner Ranch multifamily project
Ascent Investment Partners and Endeavor Real Estate Group announced in December the acquisition of 10 acres along RM 620 with plans for a new 320-unit multifamily project. The new development plans to break ground in 2027, Ascent Associate Ryder Byrne said in an email.
Spicewood Community Library
Officials broke ground on a new Spicewood Community Library on Jan. 8. Once completed, the new facility at the same address plans to offer dedicated spaces for children, teens and adults alongside a multipurpose room for community events and programs.
What’s next—Permits filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
Olive Garden
In mid-November, a permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation was filed for the construction of a new Olive Garden location in Southwest Austin. The nationwide, Italian restaurant serves appetizers, pasta entrees, soups, salads, breadsticks and desserts.

Jason’s Deli
The fast-casual eatery is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2026. The deli was founded in 1976 by Joe Tortorice Jr. in Beaumont and has since branched out to 114 Texas locations and 235 delis nationwide in 27 states, per the release.
