SAN ANTONIO – Police are searching for information leading to the arrest f a hit-and-run driver who left two people with severe injuries.
According to San Antonio Crime Stoppers, around 12:20 a.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2025, two vehicles had stopped in the center median of the 9700 Block of FM 78 to change a flat tire.
While the two parties were outside their vehicles and changing a tire, a gray or silver Ford Fiesta (unknown year) struck both parties while traveling along FM 78.
Both people had to be rushed to a nearby trauma center and were treated for life-threatening injuries.
The Ford Fiesta was allegedly seen leaving the scene westbound into Converse with a flat front driver side tire and a missing driver side view mirror.
When found, the driver of the Ford Fiesta will be charged with Fail to Stop and Render Aid.

Crime Stoppers may pay up to a $5,000 reward for information that leads to a felony arrest in connection with the crime.
