The Collin College Board of Trustees has named a successor to Place 1 Trustee Megan Wallace, who resigned last year due to relocation. Wallace was elected in May 2023 and her term expires in May 2029.
Trustees chose attorney Glenn Callison of Plano to serve until the next regular election of the board in May 2027.
“Glenn Callison is a dedicated servant-leader, and we are privileged to have him on our team,” said Jay Saad, Board of Trustees chair.
Callison, an equity shareholder attorney at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C., has served as outside general counsel for various organizations and has served as a past chair for the Collin College Foundation, current chair for the Plano board of the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and is the current president for the NAIOP North Texas Real Estate Association Board.
“I am honored to join the Collin College Board of Trustees and be of service to the college community in a new capacity,” Callison said. “Education has always been an important cornerstone of my life, and I look forward to contributing to the college’s growth and success while serving our number one priority, our students.”
Callison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from Baylor University and Baylor Law School.
Collin College serves approximately 60,000 credit and continuing education students annually and offers more than 200 degrees and certificates.
