LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) -In early 2025, Capra Bank CEO Tut Fuller made a goal of reaching $1 billion in assts by the end of the year. If the bank did so, every employee would earn an additional $10,000 bonus.
Capra Bank has officially surpassed that mark and bonus checks are now in employees’ hands. The company grew by more than $520 million in 2025, averaging over $2 million in asset growth per business day and welcoming nearly 1,300 new customers.
“This milestone belongs to our employees,” Fuller said. “Their commitment to our customers, our communities, and each other is what made this possible. We set a high bar together and they cleared it. It’s hard to describe how great it is to be a part of this TEAM. We take care of our clients. We take care of our communities and we take care of each other.”
Fuller says Capra Bank is already looking ahead and setting ambitious goals for 2026 and beyond.
