LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) –
One person was hospitalized Sunday morning after being struck by a car overnight in the eastbound lanes of Marsha Sharp near Avenue Q.
Police received the initial collision report at 2:30 a.m. Officers located a seriously injured person at the scene and transported them to UMC for treatment.
The incident remains under investigation by the Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Unit. Details are limited at this time as investigators continue to gather information.
