ATLANTA (KTRE) – Former Huntington Devilette Kyra Anderson picked up her seventh double-double of the season and third in the last four games in Texas State’s 68-59 win over Georgia State on Saturday.
This season, the sophomore is averaging 13 points and 8 rebounds per game.
Anderson played 29 minutes. She was 7-for-19 from the field and made 7 free throws to finish with 21 points, 15 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 block and 1 steal.
Texas State improved to 10-11 overall and 6-5 in conference play. The Bobcats host Georgia Southern on Wednesday.
