A man died when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car making a turn in East El Paso over the weekend, police said.

The collision occurred at 1:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, in the 1500 block of Lomaland Drive near Bengal Drive, stated a police news release by spokeswoman Detective Judy Oviedo.

Adrian Omar Narro, 48, was riding a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound on Lomaland while Austin Jacob Zubia, 26, was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu southbound on the same street, police said.

The car made a left turn to enter a parking lot when a T-bone collision occurred, causing Narro to fall from his motorcycle, police said.

An investigation by the police Special Traffic Investigations Unit continues. There have been four traffic-related deaths in El Paso, matching the same number during the same time in 2025, police reported.
