ST PAUL, Minn. — A Customs and Border Patrol agent was arrested this week for driving while intoxicated.

Alfredo Jr Mancillas, of Corpus Christi, Texas, was arrested Tuesday. According to the criminal complaint, a State Trooper spotted him in the area of Saint Anthony Avenue and Simpson Street in St. Paul, “slumped over in the driver’s seat. The driver was covered in vomit.”

Court documents say he was given a field sobriety test but refused to submit a breath sample.

A spokesperson with Customs and Border Patrol said the incident is under review by its Office of Professional Responsibility.
