AUSTIN, Texas — A winning $1 million lottery ticket was recently purchased in Austin.Â
According to the Texas Lottery, the ticket was sold at a Circle K gas station at 6107 W. Parmer Ln. in northwest Austin.Â
The winner matched every number except for the Powerball, and their identity has not been shared with the public.Â
An anonymous Round Rock resident also recently became a millionaire after purchasing a scratch-off ticket from the “200X the Cash” game. The winning ticket was sold at a Refuel gas station on East Old Settlers Boulevard.Â
Currently, the national Power Ball amount sits at $80 million with an estimated cash value of about $36.2 million. The next drawing is set for 9:59 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday.Â
Winners are given 180 days -or nearly six months- to collect their prize following the drawing.Â
