AUSTIN, Texas — Austin police are searching for a driver who fled the scene of a collision in November.

The incident occurred around 9:52 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, in the 8600 block of FM 969 Road, according to the Austin Police Department.

Police said the driver of a maroon pickup truck exited a gas station and attempted to turn left out of a private drive when the vehicle collided with another vehicle. The driver did not stop to render aid as required by state transportation code.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man between 20 and 30 years old with black hair and a black beard. He is of medium height and weight.

The suspect vehicle is believed to be a four-door maroon Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
