A new hotel, a trampoline and adventure park, and an event center are coming to Leander. The 21-acre mixed-use development by ARS Developers is slated to open off Hero Way south of the CR 270 intersection by 2028.

The development is anticipated to drive greater economic activity in Leander, ARS Developers representative Prasad Kolishetti told Community Impact.
The new businesses will be located off a portion of Hero Way that is set to be expanded into a controlled-access highway.
On Jan. 29, Williamson County officials broke ground on the first phase of the reconstruction and widening of Hero Way and RM 2243. The initial $132 million frontage road from 183A Toll to Garey Park is scheduled to be completed by early 2028, according to county information.

ARS Developers is aiming to start construction in January for an estimated completion date of late 2027 or early 2028 for the hotel, Big Air and event center, Kolishetti said.
