An Atlanta company is giving a North Texas operation facility a fresh future — and preserving jobs.

Atlanta-based Stord has reached an agreement with American Eagle Outfitters Inc. to assume the Dallas fulfillment center. The facility was previously operated by Quiet Logistics, a company American Eagle had acquired in 2021.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The change comes after American Eagle had decided to shutter its Quiet Logistics business, according to a report in Supply Chain Dive last month. Quiet’s fulfillment centers in Boston and Dallas were expected to cease operations in the first half of 2026 as a result of the shutdown, the report said.

Stord will provide employment opportunities to the roughly 150 people currently working out of the Dallas facility, according to a statement. Stord will become the preferred fulfillment provider to former Quiet customers.
